Here are a few highlights from the WWE fourth quarter 2020 financial results conference call:
* Besides Wrestlemania 37, the company doesn’t plan on selling tickets for events until the second half of the year at the earliest.
* It was said that the Superstar Spectacle special designed for WWE’s fans in India drew 20 million viewers.
* In regards to WWE’s television viewership decline, WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan said the following: “We don’t believe we have lost eyeballs, but they have shifted from linear eyeballs to digital platforms. A continued good in-ring product will bring more eyes to linear platforms.”
* Khan doesn’t believe that the shutdown of the NBC Sports Network will have any effect on either RAW or NXT.
